These past few weeks the agency has been buzzing with preparation for one of the largest talent conventions, the Launch Talent & Model Showcase, which will be held in Chicago beginning next week! This world traveler....
...is none other than Ethan James! Ethan signed with Ford NY in 2007. He has been featured on several covers and on the pages of many editorials. He recently spent 2 months in Japan under the wing Tokyo's premier agency, for whom our very own Lynn happens to scout for in the States, Cinq Deux Un! He is now back on U.S. soil....and just in time for all the political hubbub!

Rachel Kausek, also a Launch girl, has been working round the clock in NYC. With the cover of Cosmo Girl under her belt, she's been working numerous editorial and catalog jobs!

Erin Steeby is another Launch favorite who signed with Irene in Miami. She spent some time with them in the spring and will be workin' it in between her classes during Miami's busy season (October - April).

this guy's got a bright future...
David Mintz has been booking jobs since he was 14 years old. Then he took some time off for college, however still managed to fit Men's Fashion Week in Milan into his busy schedule. Now, with degree in hand, David is ready to focus on his modeling career and will be visiting agency in NYC and Miami!
UPDATE 10/31/08: Congrats to David...after a recent trip to Miami he was placed with Irene Marie and will be heading south for bookings in November!

Ana Iacobelli is yet another one of Traque's Launch veterans. This past April she discovered that she not only shines in photos, but can also dazzle the big screen! Ana signed with One Talent Management LA and has already begun auditioning for well over 50 movies and series. She will be relocating to LA next month. Great job and good luck Ana!

Suziey Block, daughter of music producer Marshall Block, scored the lead role of upcoming movie "Where is Amy Pressman." If the film gets sold, this could be the Tyrone Township native's big break in Hollywood! For more information on the movie check out www.myspace.com/whereisamypressman.

Launch veteran Erin Welsh is also having a spectacular summer! She signed with Red NY in June and has since scored a major hair campaign with the international beauty supplier, Wella.
mitchell brown: leading the pack
Mitchell Brown has had quite the year so far. After attending Launch, he immediately signed with Wilhelmina Men and was whisked away to NYC. Mitch strutted the runway for Gianfranco Ferre during Men's Fashion Week in Milan and later booked the July 21, 2008 cover of DNR (as well as a multi-page editorial!).
